Created for Midwives by Midwives, HIROC wishes to invite you to apply to the Midwifery cohort of the Risk Management Residency Program (RMRP).

In 2021 HIROC launched a pan-Canadian Risk Management Residency Program to provide an opportunity to learn from shared experiences and create a network of healthcare peers from across Canada.

Following the success of the Midwifery 2025 pilot, the program will once again employ a blended learning model, combining live online education with opportunities for meaningful peer interaction. Participants will engage in a rigorous curriculum designed to strengthen knowledge, enhance practice, and advance a culture of safety within the midwifery profession.

HIROC is now accepting applications for the 2026 Midwifery RMRP
