Nyranne is a bilingual, Ottawa-based leader with private and public sector experience. She has over two decades of health sector experience. She is currently Chief Operating Officer, The Royal Ottawa Health Care Group. She is a trusted advisor to the CEO, Executive Team and Board on a full range of issues.

Nyranne began her legal career in private practice on Bay Street in Toronto. She then moved from Canada’s national law firm to in-house counsel in the broader public sector. She became senior counsel to Canada’s largest psychiatric research and teaching facility.

Nyranne is an inspirational leader who delivers results, while coaching her team to align to institutional values. As a corporate officer and Board member, she is respected. As corporate counsel, she has negotiated complex transactions and agreements. As a litigator, she has succeeded before all levels of courts and administrative tribunals.

A passionate educator, Nyranne has built relationships with universities, published on a wide array of topics, and taught on faculty at three universities.
