We are pleased to announce that Leo Dias has moved into the role of Vice President, Information Technology Services at HIROC.

“This career move for Leo not only encapsulates HIROC’s commitment to fostering employee growth and learning, but it’s also a true testament to HIROC’s depth of expertise across the organization,” said Catherine Gaulton, HIROC’s CEO. “We’re eager to watch how Leo and his team evolve our strategic priorities, including our information technology strategy.”

Leo joined HIROC in February 2020 as Director of Information Services. Since that time, he has been integral in promoting and expanding the department’s services, both internally and among HIROC’s Subscribers.

Leo has been a guiding force behind projects like HIROC Intelligence, the rollout of a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and more.

Prior to joining HIROC, Leo spent 20 years in the world of engineering and healthcare. He holds an MSc (Hons) in IT Management from Central European University, and a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Universidade Estadual de Campinas (Unicamp).

When asked about his love for the work, Leo described himself as a tech nerd who loves solving problems. “I’m very grateful to be working at HIROC, where I get to work on the problems that really matter,” he says. “It’s immensely rewarding to be part of such an incredible team, working together to help bring about a safer health system.”

Please join us in congratulating Leo!
