HIROC Government Relations Program

Over the past year, HIROC has been building the components to implement a new government relations program. The program’s purpose is to raise issues with governments that are important to our subscribers and establish relationships with government contacts that will advance our healthcare safety vision.

Two key components of our government relations program, (White Papers and Position Papers) involve clearly delineated and defined positions on important issues. In addition to supporting HIROC’s Government Relations activities, these papers will be shared with a targeted list of partner organizations helping to elicit a broader base of support and a shared voice for government discussions.

Additional updates related to Government relations activity will also be made through HIROC’s publications, The HIROC Connection, HIROC Explorer and HIROC E-News.
