Our claims experts investigate, assess and resolve the claims reported by our subscribers. Whether this involves the use of lawyers, adjusters, or other healthcare insurance professionals, we strive to be fair and efficient, and to ensure that our subscribers are presented as reputable members of the healthcare community.

We make prompt, fair settlements where warranted, and we resist settling where no fault exists. Our service does not start only after a Statement of Claim is served on our subscriber. We believe in being proactive, and we regularly resolve matters before any formal legal proceedings are instituted.

This means that we encourage our subscribers to promptly report those matters they feel will give rise to a claim. We believe that if a matter is important enough for our subscribers to report, it is important enough for us to investigate. Our practice is to keep subscribers informed about the progression of their claims, and we consult with them before any settlements are made.
