HIROC is governed by a Board of Directors that is elected by our subscribers and that is representative of the various institutional classifications, sizes and geographical locations of Reciprocal members. To ensure an equitable representation of our subscribers, we endeavour to maintain an appropriate balance between members from Board and senior management positions, between teaching hospitals and non-teaching hospitals, and amongst all other classes of health care organizations.
